1 cup Oats
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
4 tablespoon chia seeds
3 tablespoon raw honey
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place all of the ingredients in a large glass mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight
To serve, add 1-2 tablespoon of the applesauce to the bottom of 4 jars or bowl, then divide the oat mixture equally among 4 jars or bowls
