How to begin:

- Step 1: Start by completing our questionnaire to ensure that the program is a good fit for your needs
- Step 2: Upon qualification, purchase your first order of our High Protein Supa Shake – a foundational element of the program, designed to kickstart your journey. Your first order includes 3 display boxes, each containing 30 sachets (for Month 1 of the Program).
- Step 3: Our in-house Dietician will review your questionnaire and create a basic menu tailored to you. You’ll also receive your Monitoring Booklet, which will assist you in tracking your progress and making informed choices.
- Step 4: Follow the Back to Shape Program using the resources available on our website, Facebook, and Instagram. Access plant-based recipes, menus, tips, and more to enhance your experience.
