2x sachets of Back to Basics-Nutrition HIGH PROTEIN SUPA SHAKE
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Ice cubes (optional for a thicker consistency)
A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the ripe banana, Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, frozen mixed berries, HIGH PROTEIN SUPA SHAKE sachets, almond butter and a pinch of salt to a blender.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes at this stage.\
Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to reach your desired consistency. (You can even add a touch of honey/maple syrup if desired.)
Once everything is well blended, pour the smoothie into a glass or shaker bottle and enjoy!
