INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Flat-out Foldouts
  • 4 Skewer sticks
  • Filling Ideas:
    • Tomatoes / sundried tomatoes
    • Cucumbers
    • Lettuce
    • Radishes
    • Chickpeas
    • Black Olives
    • Gherkins

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Use a small cookie cutter of choice; make cut-outs from the Flat-out Bread.
  2. Chop up your veggies so they are not only similar is size but you want to cut it more on the thick side so it doesn’t fall off the skewer easily.
  3. Slide each piece of the sandwich wrap onto the skewer and top with a gherkin or black olive.

NOTES

  • Use bean/nut spreads on the bread; and fill with any veggies and legumes of your choice to make a filling tasty kebab!
