2 large grain free tortillas
½ cup hummus
½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise
½ cup lettuce of choice
½ cup sliced carrots
Chopped veggies like (But not limited to):
Cherry tomatoes
Gherkins
Cilantro
Olives
INSTRUCTIONS
Add ¼cup of hummus on each tortilla
Add the sliced cucumbers and lettuce on top
Add your choice of chopped veggies.
